David Alewine Founder of The Linen Napkin

David Alewine, Founder of The Linen Napkin

We had the pleasure of meeting David Alewine at our Fall 2012 show in Seattle. This was David’s first time at our event, and he sat in on several of our seminars and panel discussions in addition to sourcing for his new company The Linen Napkin. Inspired by traditional artisan techniques and the cultures of the world, The Linen Napkin was established to embody modern design elements from the finest fabrics around the globe. Each napkin, coaster, and placement goes through a 13 step process from start to finish.

Not only did David source fabrics from Shannon Fabrics, Robert Kaufman and Alexander Henry for his Signature Collection. David also hired media relations speaker Jessica Victoria Piha of JVP Media to handle is Public Relations. With more than 20 patterns to choose from, The Signature Collection is comprised of linen napkins, cotton napkins, cocktail napkins, solid colored napkins, patterned napkins and placemats and coasters.

The online retailer serves U.S. and Canadian customers, and offers FREE shipping on all orders through the U.S. Postal Service. We’re very proud that we could play a small roll in David achieving his dream of small business ownership, and we look forward to watching his business grow. Thank you David for choosing Seattle International Textile Expo for your sourcing needs.
