How can I register for the Show?
In an effort to reduce our environmental impact you can register for our event by following the directions on the Registration Form. You may not register by telephone.

What is the cost of admission?
For Fall of 2012 there will be a $25 registration fee, and our Seminar Series will be available to all attendees on a first come, first served basis for FREE.  We will also be offering a Preview Networking Reception with all of our Exhibitors and Speakers the Monday night prior to the Show for $65.  Note: you will still need to provide proof that you are a valid and operating business to register.

Why do you need my business license or EIN number?
Because we need to be able to prove that attendees are authorized wholesale buyers, and are licensed to do business.  This is a BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS trade show, and is NOT open to the general public to attend.

Can students attend?
We are working with our exhibitors to determine the best way to allow students to attend the show.  We will be informing faculty and posting here once we have determined how to proceed with supporting the next generation.

Do I need to register separately for each day of the Show?
NO! You need register only once to attend both days- however, please save your name badge.

Can I bring members of my family to the Show?
Only if they are over age 15. Infants and children under 15 are not allowed into the Show.

How do I find the Show?
The show is located in the Northwest Rooms at Seattle Center.  You can get directions to Seattle Center here.

Is food service available at the Show?
There are many wonderful dining opportunities at the Red Lion, and in the surrounding buildings.  The City Center building across Fifth Avenue has several Starbucks, and other food kiosks.  Snacks and beverages may be provided by the show as budget allows.

What about parking?

I am coming from out of town. What hotels or motels are nearby?
The Maxwell Hotel will is the Official Hotel for our event.  Reference BUYER NW TEXTILE EXPO when making your reservation by calling 1-866-866-7977 or emailing reservations@staypineapple.com.

Do you have the dates for future Shows?
YES! We have posted our dates through 2013 in the Right Side Bar of this site.  We have also posted them below through 2015.

What about product minimums?
Minimums are set by the manufacturers and listed in the show directory you will receive on site.  Both Shows Northwest LLC and its Exhibitors have little, or no influence over these minimums.

What recommendations do you have for first time visitors to the Show?
Here are some tips:

  • Register early
  • Wear confortable walking shoes
  • Allow adequate time to see all exhibitors
  • Be sure to see all exhibitors so you will know what is being offered
