Chris Karam is co-founder and principal of Chameleon PLM, a cloud based solution for apparel and accessory companies, designed to manage the product lifecycle from concept through production. Chameleon PLM allows companies to seamlessly create and share design, development and sourcing data, processes and schedules globally – both internally and with external factories and other partners.
Chris been a part of the garment industry for over 25 years, with experience in design and product development, strategic planning, business development, new business start up, and all phases of Asia and domestic manufacturing. She has worked with many leading brands in wholesale and retail including REI, L.L. Bean, Zumiez, Lands’ End, Starbucks, Costco and Eddie Bauer. Chameleon PLM was developed in partnership with Chris’ husband Souheil Karam, a technology and PLM systems expert in apparel, footwear, and industrial environments.
